FULL TIME ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER
Seeking an Estimator/Project Manager with the Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Estimate and Manage a verity of Highway Heavy Construction Projects
- Schedule and track Projects
- Manage Field Job Superintendents
- Manage Project Pay Applications
- Attend weekly Meetings
Qualifications:
- Min of 2 years experience in estimating and project management.
- Highway Heavy Construction experience.
- Dependable, showing initiative and good follow through.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge in HeavyBid and HeavyJob is a plus.
- Work well with Engineer Representatives.
FULL TIME GRADING SUPERINTENDENT
FINISH GRADE SKID STEER OPERATOR

Must be available to work long hours, be on time, a hard worker and pay attention to detail. Prior experience is required. Prefer Class A with a medical card. Union pay scale and benefits. This is a full time seasonal position, starting around April and usually finished end of November. Work is consistently in the west metro area. Jobs consist of Residential Reconstructs, Mill and Overlays, New Developments, etc…
LABORER
Responsibilities
- Assist heavy machine operators in construction projects
- Unload and carry materials at construction sites
- Clean up site from debris and discarded material
- Place traffic signals where appropriate
- Set grade for aggregate materials
- Construct road draintile and road fabric
- Sawcut Concrete and Bituminous
Skills
- Proven experience as construction worker
- Knowledge of basic construction principles and methods
- Able to work in a team
- Able to read instructions and blueprints when needed
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
- Basic Math Skills
TRUCK DRIVER

Must be responsible, safe and timely. Minimum Class B driver’s license with airbrake endorsement and a clean driving record in the past 3 years. Must have knowledge of Twin Cities metro area. Knowledge of local bituminous plants and gravel pits is a plus. Experience of hauling Blacktop and dumping into a paver is also a plus. This is a full time seasonal position from Spring months to Winter months, averaging approx. 55 hrs a week. Competitive Wages with Health Benefits, Dental, and 401K.
